Insert lock pin into Max 125mm, slide block seat slightly touches lock pin.

Tighten side fixing screw.

Upper fixing screw tightly holds fixing block.

Move handle backward, push slide block backward and wait.

Install cutter into shaft, seat on V cutter rest and hook cutter shaft.

Release cutterhead screw, move tip forward to V area of fence, touch it slightly.

Push handle forward.

Move fence forward, set tip in position.

Slightly tighten upper pre-holding screw, avoid slide block moving backward.

Align knife clamp and center of tip with cutterhead.
Tighten cutterhead screw.

Release upper pre-holding screw.

Push slide board by hand, turn cutterhead backward for next tip insertion.
Note:The cutterhead screws torque must be exactly the same after tip insertion. Otherwise, it will affect the accuracy.
